Mom has always loved your flowers! This year y’all went above and beyond for her birthday! My Mom still works a few hours in the morning and afternoon. When the delivery driver missed her, she called me to say they were leaving a card so mom could call and arrange to pickup the next day. I called mom to tell her the same in case she missed the card. So she called and left a message as the store had closed by the time she was done with work. To her surprise, The owner called her back as he had stopped in and heard her message. He said he was heading home himself and mom was on his way and wanted to make sure that she received her birthday flowers on her birthday! Now that is customer service above and beyond! As I am in Tennessee and often rely on the kindness of others in NY for mom…. On the 4th y’all came through with great kindness for my mom and have gained a loyal customer for it. Thank you again… not just for your beautiful flowers but also for making sure my mom’s birthday was special as she is!
